Standard custom clothing production is approximately 6–8 weeks. Rush orders may be available in as little as 2 weeks depending on the garment, fabric, event date and production schedule. If you have a deadline, let your Design Expert know as early as possible.

We recommend using Self-Made Couture’s measurement process whenever possible because our measurements are collected specifically for our custom clothing system. If you already have professional measurements, contact us before submitting them so we can confirm they include everything we need.

Yes, all orders​ ​are​ ​shipped​ ​​with​​ ​leading​ ​companies — namely​ ​DHL, UPS​ ​and​ ​FedEx. Delivery​ ​to​ ​PO​ ​boxes,​ ​however,​ are​ ​not​ ​possible at this time.

We recommend beginning 4–6 months before the event whenever possible. This gives you enough time for design consultations, production, fittings and any necessary alterations.

Yes. Self-Made Couture offers special benefits for wedding parties. For qualifying groups, the groom may receive a FREE custom suit when 5 or more suit wearers purchase custom clothing in the same fabric. We stand behind the fit and quality of our custom clothing. If there is an issue, our team will first work with you to resolve it through adjustments or alterations. If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, Self-Made Couture may remake the garment at no additional cost under our satisfaction guarantee.

Because custom clothing is made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable. Our priority is making sure you are satisfied with your garment. If a fit or construction issue cannot be resolved through alterations, Self-Made Couture may remake the garment at no additional cost in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee.
