Before You Measure.

Accurate measurements start with a few simple steps.

✓Empty your pockets.

✓Have another person take your measurements.

✓Remove your shoes.

✓Keep one finger between the tape and the body.

✓Remove your belt and accessories.

✓Keep the measuring tape level.

✓Wear tight-fitting or lightweight clothing.

✓Record body measurements in centimeters (cm).

✓Stand naturally and relaxed.
